Oh how the money world changes so quickly. It seems like only a few months ago that Dubai International Capital (DIC) was so close to buying out Tom Hicks and George Gillett to free Liverpool and provide us with the millions we needed to have an impact in the transfer market.
I guess that isn’t too likely to happen, and I’m not too sure they’d be any better than Gillet and Hicks. At least there debt didn’t hit the billions of pounds that Dubai now needs.
