The traditional Christmas turkey roast and trimmings will have cost you a lot more in 2011.
According to the Office for National Statistics recent report some of the ingredients have risen by over 50%! Whilst some like carrots and potatoes have actually fallen on average, bacon and sausages have gone up by well over 10%, red wine by over 14%, turkey itself up nearly 4% and crackers for your cheese course up a whopping 51%.
