This week I’ve felt tired. I seem to have gained a cough from my wife, and am not shaking it off. Things appear to be getting busier. I think that’s the norm for pople who work in churches, and while I’m loving my job, I’m still physically tired.
So, here’s my question for fellow children’s and youth worker … what do you do to rest? How do you keep things in balance? I have certainly improved since I started taking my day off on a Tuesday instead of a Saturday, but I am always keen to think of ways in which I can improve the balance.
