Jürgen Klopp plays the main part in New Balance’s latest Liverpool FC based video and it’s fantastic.
Klopp is pictured looking around Anfield with plenty of passion and determination. In the note to his future self he pledges to never forget ‘what this was all about’ and how he was given a chance ‘to live his dream’. It really makes the hairs on the back of your neck stand up:
We can’t wait to see Klopp on the touchline at Anfield again in less than two months.
Liverpool and New Balance have just released the new away kit for next season.
The design is said to be “inspired” by the first ever Liverpool kits from 1892. Those first kits were half blue and half white. This kit is half green and white based on the same checkerboard pattern.
The kit features an embroidered commemorative Liver bird crest and a subtle pin stripe within the design – and is completed by a black collar, black shorts and white socks with a green horizontal stripe and black trim.

Liverpool vice-captain James Milner said:
“This kit looks classic – up to date, but with a nod to the past. It will be a reminder of the foundations this great club is built on every time we wear it. The whole team is really proud to be a part of this huge anniversary for the club, and we can’t wait to wear this kit next season.”
To celebrate Liverpool’s 125th anniversary, New Balance designed a beautiful new home kit for the 2017/18 season. The strip has echoes of years gone by with the white collar and retro design reminding fans of the glory days.
The kit was debuted on the final day of the season as Liverpool romped to a 3-0 victory over Middlesbrough. The Reds secured Champions League football in style with the new kit receiving widespread appreciation.
According to Liverpoolfc.com, the kit release has been a massive success. The top 10 names on the back of the new Liverpool kit are as follows:
Liverpool FC’s brand new home kit for 2017-18 has been released and is now available to purchase in club stores and online.
The New Balance strip celebrates the club’s 125th anniversary year with its retro style, returning to a rich, darker red with tonal pin stripes, a white v-neck collar and the commemorative Liver bird crest.
Supporters can get their hands on the shirt, shorts and socks for next season right now, either by visiting any club store or clicking here to buy online.
Phase one of the club’s new training kit range for 2017-18 – featuring shirts, polos, jackets, performance wear and more – has also been released after its reveal earlier this month.
The new Liverpool FC away kit for 2016-2017 has been released.
This year, New Balance dipped back into the black well for the away kit, a trend that is becoming increasingly common, not just for Liverpool, but for many other squads. The design is very reminiscent of Adidas’s last away effort in 2011/12, which was dark grey with silver lettering and red accents.
The new Liverpool 2016-17 Away Shirt combines the main color black with silver logos and applications, one of Liverpool’s most renowned away kit colors. It has a unique constructed collar and features four red lines on each side of the shirt.
The inside of the new Liverpool 16-17 Away Kit reads “Liverpool was made for me and I was made for Liverpool,” a famous quote by former manager Bill Shakily. The Liverpool 2016-2017 Away Kit is combined with black shorts and black socks, creating a strong look for Merseyside club.

Based on the same template as other New Balance 2016-2017 goalkeeper jerseys, the Liverpool 16-17 goalkeeper away shirt is orange with black and white trim.

Liverpool fans can now get hold of the club’s home kit for next season.
The wait is over, as Liverpool have now officially revealed the club’s home kit for next season. The kit was leaked last month after promotional images appeared on New Balance’s website. The short henley collar with a single button remains. As for the goalkeeper’s kit, green is still the colour of choice.
As a fan I’m disappointed – it does seem like there’s been a change of white to gold and very little else is different. A small change which is very expensive for the fans.
The official site has all the details and accompanying promotions for fans to consider. The features of the kit have been described with the customary hyperbole and jargon that one would expect:
The team’s world-famous red shirt, shorts and socks now feature eye-catching flashes of amber yellow for next season – designed for easy identification at rapid speed.
It features gradiated mesh to allow for increased air movement around the body, a tipped short stand button polo collar and is completely seam-free for greater comfort and reduced friction.
Liverpool FC and New Balance today revealed the team’s brand new away kit for 2015-16.
New Balance took inspiration from the past to produce the sleek design, which has red trim on the collar, crests and sleeves. Reds trio Simon Mignolet, James Milner and Martin Skrtel were in attendance to unveil the strip, which is available to purchase immediately.
Mignolet said: “The New Balance away kit looks great and the team are aware of past years where the club has had many successes wearing white away kits. Hopefully this kit can bring us luck away from home next season.”
The first ever New Balance Liverpool FC kits were launched on 10th April, confirming many of the previous leaks. The new Liverpool 15-16 Kits are the first jerseys made by New Balance, after Warrior Football was re-branded as New Balance. The New Balance Liverpool 2015-16 Kits feature a classical kit design, sponsored by Standard Chartered.
Take a closer look at the strip:
The new red Liverpool 15-16 Home Kit features a classical kit design with a unique kit collar.
On the front of the New Balance Liverpool Kit is a chequered pattern with differently sized squares. It is “inspired by the red and white mosaic formed when supporters on the Kop hoist aloft their Liverpool flags and scarves on a matchday.”
The New Balance logo, the Liver Bird and the Standard Chartered logo are white. The New Balance Liverpool 2015-2016 Home Shirt has yellow and white details.
