This week I have been sharing about What Bible do I use? and What Bible do you use?. Today I want to continue by sharing some of the Bibles I use as I prepare messages. As I have already spoken about I use my Parallel Bible TNIV/Message-Remix and my old NIV Compact Study Bible

A couple of other key bibles for me are the classic Youth Bible (New Century Version) which really seems to have set itself as the key youth bible in the UK; my previous church as I left gave me a lovely copy of the NIV Life Application Study Bible – a great tool for those sessions were you want to concentrate on one character from the Bible; and lastly the English Standard Version – at the moment I just have their ESV Cross-Reference Classic (their standard pew Bible), but am looking forward to when their study Bible is released.

How about you, what do you use?

Married to the amazing Sarah and raising Jakey, Daniel, Amelia, Josh & Jonah in our blended family. Passionate for Jesus, social work & sport.
