I was asked about good Bible story books for children. I appreciated the question because I am concerned that many Bible story books treat the stories as nothing more than disconnected morality tales.

It has got me thinking if I had to recommend some for people in the UK what would they be – the only Christian type books I remember are Haffertee Hamster and then after that I’m not sure off the top of my head. What would you suggest?
