Both tbcYouth (our youth ministry) and myself seem to be getting more opportunities than we can say yes to at the moment.  This is a great problem, and testament to the hardwork of the church and many volunteers within our youth ministry, but it’s led me to ask some tough questions on how we decide what to say yes to.  I talk about how they’re are lots of good things but it’s important to discover the God thing for you or your ministry – what is he calling you specifically to do now.

Over this weekend Hannah and I are hoping that we’ll get some space to look at my personal schedule and decide what new things can be added in, what things we’re going to have to say no to, and what old things we’ll have to stop.

How do you work out what opportunities to prioritise, which ones to say yes to, and which ones to leave?
