Saw this on Youthwork International:

A new ringtone is promoting safe-sex amongst Indian young people.

The ringtone says, “condom, condom, condom” and has received more than 270,000 dowloads in the last month. Rupert Fernandes and Vijay Prakash have recorded the melody. It is estimated that 2.4 million people in India are living with HIV/AIDS.

Yvonne McPherson, Indian Director of the BBC World Service Trust, said:

We wanted to create a conversation piece that would get people talking and ultimately break down the taboo about condoms. We want condoms to be seen as any other health product.
